I don't know if this will make people mad, but this is just an opinion I have, I think non-con in most stories is done wrong. If they just hyperfocus on the victim's point of view and their thoughts in the situation, rather than the whole act itself, then most readers might actually grow a brain and realize how traumatizing it really is.
