Not sure if it counts as similar for your requirement but as someone who enjoys some of those shows I recommend Scissor Seven on Netflix (S5 just came out!!!!) if you're into;
Quality, fluid animation (for fight scenes especially)
Comedy combined with actual good storytelling
Silly (low-key stupid) protagonist
