Am I the only one who thinks age regression is kind of weird sometimes?

Listen I know everybody has a different opinion and don't get me wrong I've never hated or said anything mean when I've come across age aggression I just scrolled and I respect everyone's lifestyle or opinion or whatever but I was just on tiktok and I came across a person who age regression but the only reason why I kind of found it weird is was because she was calling her boyfriend daddy and I read her bio apparently she's 19 and her boyfriend is 30 years older than her which I get it she's not a minor no more but it's a fact that she's doing age regression play? And acting as a child well dating a man who is 30 years older than her and is also fine with this whole act like am I wrong for finding this weird??? once again I understand everyone has their opinions and I would never say anything mean to anyone because it's their life not mine I just want to hear other people's opinions on it too
