If you're just wanting one I would commission an artist off of Etsy. A lot of them accept custom orders. Find one who does a similar style and ask if they can make a similar plush. They won't be able to make it exactly the same due to copyright.
Alternatively, you could see if there is any surplus of the plush online, like ebay or Japanese mercari......
