If the partner is abusive, manipulative, narcissist, or anything of the sort, yes. If it is just that you cannot help but fall out of love for them but can't bring yourself to end things, you should break up asap. Leading on a person whom you feel nothing for is bad. Cheating is worse than coming clean and breaking up. Yup that involves micro cheat......
