Vine was just funny lighthearted skits in video form(you can search on YouTube for Vine videos). Is understandable that you'd ask honestly it's nothing like today's content, and even when I think about what I used to watch back then, it was literally just me and my brother sitting in a chair watching cat videos for fun.
