I'm Chinese and my white friend was like "wtf" when I told her we eat chicken/duck brain. Like when you order pecking duck in restaurant or a whole chicken, they give you the head which you can crack open and eat the brain inside, shits delicious. And also animal organ dishes, it so common to order them but my white friend was like "hell nah". ALSO......
