But, In your case, the only reliable fix for forward growth as an adult is medical intervention. A surgeon or orthodontist can explain options better. Orthodontics and surgery, no other way. Assuming u r an adult, you have no bone growth left. They must first correct the consequences of the thumb-sucking habit, and then do most than likely surgery.
