I think I’ve been eating too much and now my heart and lungs hurt. Two days in a row I’ve been eating almost an entire rotisserie chicken by myself and a bunch of other food and I don’t think my body is taking it well. I still feel hungry despite how much I ate too which is the weirdest part. I haven’t been able to shit either so almost to full rotisserie chickens and a whole lot of other foods is sitting in my stomach rn. I’m not that big either so not sure how my stomach is holding this all. I kind of feel like puking.
1. Throw up if you actually feel sick it will make you feel better
2. Drink water
3. Laxatives
Next time don’t overdo the rotisserie chicken lol 1 reply
