Go to reddit they said or get therapy
I hate venting to my friends lately cause i dont want to overwhelm them so i go to reddit and it's been 3 days since i posted on r/advice and not one comment after 500 views. Go to r/vent then maybe I'd get it. 5h later and my post isn't approved yet. I could no longer afford therapy because the medicine too expensive now like juat days before it was 1k php now its 1.5k which it won't even last me 2 weeks and counseling only opens up on school hours for me. It's driving me mad how hard it is to actually get help. The closest mental hospital to me is 5 hours away. 6 hours if you add the traffic. I don't need that but certainly soon I'll do.

Reddit sucks lol, the sub dedicated to preventing people from suicide has active members that promote it. Most other subs related to mental health do not have any help.
Your best help is to distract yourself with some online groups, or just get a diary and write everything down and discard of it the next day. Or there are some apps that act as Ai online friend i believe.
But i wouldn't say don't take help from Reddit, there are some moments where it's helpful
