This is Eick, still fleshing out the lore, but he's a prince and can turn into a dragon. Dragons are greedy creatures by nature (at least, that's what the researchers and the king of dragons say... *wink wink*), which lead to Eick causing the downfall of his kingdom.
Currently bashing human anatomy in my head so so far this is the only art of him......
