Omegaverse marking rant

Yeah, I get it. Biting is hot. Marking someone as yours is hot. whatever. But like the only shit marking does is like lowkey enslave the omega. Like yeah, his pheromones are only sensed by his alpha from then on but for an alternate universe that's got so much crazy shit in it why hasn't marking gone further than just that? Like imagine they both are like connected emotionally/physically from then on. And then one gets hurt, physically or emotionally and the other (whos on a business trip in another city obviously) collapses to the ground and feels a little of the pain their partner feels. He's not sure why so he's clutching his chest panicking before realizing "these arent my feelings" and then rushes back home at 2 am in the rain to save his partner. OR! MWHAHAHAAHAHAHAH! omg im so smart- Okay so, an alpha bonds an omega they aren't even seeing (Like those assholes fucking do #alphaphobic #control-your-stupid-knotted-dick) and then feels, through the mark, all the trauma the omega has to go through and is forced to either forever feel the pain or help him. Like we have pregnant men why stop the magic there? Give the alphas more struggles than "nobody acknowledges that i put in the work they just credit my alphaness when really i tried so hard boo hoo" Shove it up your own ass alph- oh my god....
