xan works pretty well but otherwise i do nothing.. i mean my heart starts beating as fast as if a bear was chasing me, and i start hyperventilating so i listen to music and cry eventually to calm tf down. like let the panic attack pass and sleep. or i just go to sleep w my heart feeling like it’s being crushed down.   reply

I block it out, pretending I can’t remember then proceed to gaslight myself that if I can’t remember it, it must be unimportant. Then I repeatedly think “sleep, sleep, sleep” gaslighting myself into talking to myself about mundane things or thinking i’m not thinking anything whilst i can feel the stressful thoughts at the back of my mind.......   reply

it doesn't go away unfortunately, only meds help me.. therapy works but it's a loooooong process and too broke for that   reply
