it happened like 9 months ago when i worked on my bachelor thesis, i got overthinking abt everything. and then i literally just watched porn without masturbatin *too tired to do it* after that i really fell asleep. it works like wonder lol. but i guess med is a better choice   reply

Write down your thoughts on a diary or note app. Don’t worry about making it look nice, literally just splat down your stream of consciousness, worries, excited hyperfixation ramblings; anything that’s running through your head and keeping you awake, good or bad. Everyone's so unhealthy lol, but seriously nothing really helps, i just tire myself by reading until sleep takes over. I do recommended journaling positive things or drink tea while keeping off your phone. Not doing it though cause gaslighting myself doesn't work.   reply
