Is chrome down?

Well, I haven't been able to read in peace all day because the image can't load perfectly. Even on other websites it's the same.Is it my wifi issue or is there a problem in chrome????

I THOUGHT IT WAS JUST ME my laptop is loading extremely slow and my phone especially on here, on Safari the website just crashes completely reply
