Okay my life is falling apart, i used to do well in school but lately i haven't found any motivation to just keep going. When i said i mean i did well, i used to be always in the top 10 when it comes to high scores in quizzes and exams. I'm aware college is a different level, but still if i had actually reviewed it's actually still so easy but I don't. Instead i get distracted with other stuff, I get stressed out about things that don't matter and no matter how hard i try not to be stressed out by those things. I can't focus on them. I really want to get back at my studies, it feels humiliating to be the lowest in your class and being picked last when it comes to groupings.

Semester is almost about to end and i haven't even gotten back up yet. I really want to do better in life. Please help me out, this is a cry for help because if i fail college now them my tuition was all for nothing. I don't want to disappoint my parents.

You’re not disappointing anyone by struggling. You’re human, and college is draining even without everything else happening in your life. Talk to a professor if you’re really struggling. You don’t need to spill everything, just say you’ve been overwhelmed and you want to catch up. Most professors appreciate honesty and effort and trust me...... 1 reply
