Do ppl think after age of 18 you're mature lol

Like don't get me wrong, alot of ppl at 18+ above are immature as heck. I just saw somebody VENT in a facebook page anonymously, talking abt her struggles of college like it was actually sad. Then some guys went off and said "lol bro sumarrize this for me im too lazy to read" i couldn't go off at them cus i wasn't up for any more drama. Still her vent was long cause she wae actually considering ENDING HER LIFE. Read the room from the title "I can't anymore" then 2 of his friends joined in saying "woow you're really a menace."

Mind you these guys are older than me, they're 21. Can't even have a simple emotional intelligence, like the title said it all! It's just ppl really need to realise that maturity ≠ your age. Alot of adults are assholes who has no sympathy for you or still think lkke they're in middle school. Like honestly, yeah some ppl are still bound to make mistakes and that's okay. There are just things we DON'T know sometimes it's like so invalidating for someone to also say "oh you're already old" as if they're required to KNOW everything by age of 18. People learn some things slowly and realise them.

That's the point of life, to learn. To experience things. To have like these lessons, it's like sad most of times but it teaches you to be a better version of yourself. To know what to do next.
