I mean, gatekeeping queer media from straight people will only lead to its demise; it will always be underrepresented. BL just shows that queer romance can be successful and popular and also profitable, thanks to BL, we started seeing more representation in video games, anime, and manga. Honestly yes? 1. That depends on the writer. Alot of straight writers, write queer romance either too sexually or too cringey. Honestly no shame on them as long as they do it for the quality than the money. 2.
