Im litterally struggling rn, we have to pay like 500+ for a PT in school thats due next year and we have to pay it next friday because we dont have time cuz it goes like this Practice then make the costume then practice again and finalize the costume and dude i only have like 150 in my piggybank as of now since i cant work and ask for my own parents to lend me money to pay the costumes like tbh its supposed to only cost like fking 300 if they weren't so shitty and pick a goddamn dance that doesn't have a costume costing like 700+ in all total and they even have the audacity to say that we shouldn't complain because its for our grades well gues what we wont if that shit doesn't cost like our parents average salary for fuck sake maybe my parents are right it is ridiculous that it cost that much for a costume thats supposedly cost like arund 300
I dont think they can force you though, if youre rlly financially struggling n theres nothing u can do, talk to a school teacher or an advisor or an adult in school that u can trust, or a student/friend that can help you reply
