it depends on the artstyle but it always peak my interest when I found a story with the setting where human coexist one way or another with other races, creatures, bizarre and unique looking monsters or aliens like Promised Neverland and On The Way to Meet Mom. the recent one I I like is Single Dad in Another World. read it guys it's awesome.   reply

Settings like arcane and Gachiakuta. I love love love historical settings, especially when it's set in unconventional periods(by this i mean anything besides victorian england). Gimme something about the European middle ages or Edo period or the Islamic golden age. I like modern fantasy/supernatural stuff and hard magic systems. The more meticulously and obviously obsessive with continuity the better. I can’t think of any but I’d love a modern fantasy with a proper hard magic system. Maybe like Wuthering Waves but that is heavily implied to be all technology, and I hate how washed out the colours look in ......   reply
