Maybe you need to hear this
Honestly, life gets a lot heavier when you keep forcing yourself to be who you think you should be instead of who you actually are. Most people are exhausted not because they’re lazy, but because they’re constantly performing like trying to meet expectations that were never made with them in mind. It’s okay to slow down, change paths, or admit that something no longer fits.
People love to romanticize strength as being unbothered or always capable, but real strength often looks like showing up even when you feel lost, tired, or unsure. It looks like needing help. It looks like failing and still choosing not to disappear. Struggle is part of learning who you are and what you need.
People genuinely grow at different speed, and that’s not a competition. Someone else achieving more right now doesn’t mean you’re behind in life. Everyone is dealing with things you don’t see, and comparing yourself will only make you feel like you’re failing when you’re not. Focus on where you were before, not where someone else is today. Because when you see you made progress, then that's proof of your growth.
