Older manga readers are built different

Met a person who started reading mangas from 2010 and y'know we went down the back in my days talk and then I told that i started in 2017 and all the "peak" in question were just filled with rape and noncon and he looked straight in my eyes and said "you started after the filters. I didn't"
and began saying that like people are lucky to have so many fluff mangas/hwa and yet they read the worst thing and complain back then everything was worse and we'd have to like search for some normal ones
