there i said it. idc come at me with your pitchforks all you want. it's plot is so outdated. I've read 106 BL manga from 2008 that have the exact same old ass plot of a decade old situationship. they just bang. act insufferable to eathoother and then ice skate for like two seconds. both the characters are literally so annoying (the banging is hot af tho ng wich is the only good thing about the show)
the west is only now experience what we bl manga consumers experienced and got over ages ago. and seeing people saying this is the epitome of queer romance is annoying af. that shit will not hold a singe candle to a well written bl.

You’re allowed to have your opinion but you’re very wrong about the just bang part…shame and illya have a strictly physical relationship and then they go on to develop real feelings for each other and as the show goes on you can see that they actually have less sex to indicate their relationship becoming more than that. 2008 didn’t have varity same story and art style lolol I read alot ofoldmanga so I get it it only good when shonen is incoprperated maybe unrquited love or there’s bl otherwise i agreee reply
