Nicely wrapped cookies are always a delight. You can bake some and then check on youtube how to craft some nice wrapping to make it look festive and expensive. If you have any empty jars, you can also make jams and decorate the jar nicely (apple jam is SO easy to make). when i was a poor student i gave my friend a notebook i hadn't used yet with a cute heartfelt little letter written on the first page and she still says it was one of the best gifts shes gotten. it really is the thought behind the gift that counts but maybe little bookmarks? if you have clear tape you can even laminate them to make them durable.   1 reply
