I went to an early college so it was a bit different but English, Math, History, Social Science, Science, P.E., Language plus whatever college classes I was taking. I moved from NC to TX and each state had different history requirements depending on the grade level but the categories (Math, English, etc) are roughly the same across the board. We to......   reply

They're like the other person said it honestly depends on where you're at. But my high school when I went there were multiple different subjects that you could take. As far as math they had algebra geometry calculus all the basic things and then for geography it wasn't really a focus. The one thing I like with the American school system is how much choice yall have in what you want to study. Where I'm from we only get "advanced math" and when I needed to do chemistry for college it came coupled with physics even though I didn't need it at all. In my last year of high school I still had 7 compulsory classes + 2 electives = frenc......   2 reply

Each school is different. Though geography to me would be considered world history because we aren’t just learning where the country is but it’s background. It’s also depends on the teacher and if they actually know what they’re doing. I have limited knowledge about many countries and could probably name like 30 on a good day. Subject wise......   reply
