I get 15 below but lol 16 seems an appropriate gap since technically at that age technology is pretty much needed and age where one can think and handle consequences of their actions. When consequences i mean be fucking smart enough to not do a trend. I mean at that point you need to learn how to have email adress and be aware of current issues but......
