im looking for a better and more subtle way to manage my emotions i would say im very sensitive and the only way i can calm down is to be alone by myself with headphones on
as someone with lots of hobbies, I do anything that I can. I write it on my journal, I paint how I feel, I sketch shit. I make a story abt them getting hit by a truck or listen to slutty songs cuz it helps me forget why I was even crying reply
