Be nice to your pharmacy
Actually be nice to everyone and don't act fucking entitled
I work in pharmacy (technician) as $2 above minimum wage in my state. Yet these people we meet wanna act like bitches to us when we don't get paid enough to handle your toddler outbursts and attitudes. 99% of the time, you should be bitching at your insurance or doctor. Only at us if we filled something wrong. (Quantity error) or billed something wrong (eg. We missed a coupon card or 2nd insurance)
Guys, please remember to be respectful. We're human, too. Yesterday I felt like crying because my boss didn't give a shit for more than 3 minutes about how I got screamed at on the phone for over 20 minutes on something I had no authority over.
. Didn't offer to take the call. Just said "next time, hand it off to one of us" as if I did something wrong.
Or how an asshole sat in drive through for 30 minutes because he didnt want to believe what a measely girl was saying to him. The boss said what I said while I was calling the insurance, but didn't tell me not to or even defend me (eg. He could have put his foot down and told the old man of antiquity to go kick rocks).
Please don't be entitled and simply get out of your car if theres insurance problems. Encourage your parents to get out of the car and be calm with them so they don't have an issue. Use the phones to call instead of raising hell in drive through. Use the appa available from the pharmacy to check your medication. There are so many ways to save you and us from grief.
