The inside area of your lips dosn't get chapped, just the outside of your lips
So unless your constantly spreading your cheeks to expose your anus to the air so it can get chapped you don't need to worry about it
And if you are spreading your cheeks so often your anus gets chapped I think you have other problems to deal with
