ive literally just bought one from amazon 2 days ago. don’t buy a cheap silk bonnet, and make sure its not satin, because it can also be polyester satin. i recommend you to buy a really good bonnet, a mulberry silk one. it’s not THAT expensive but it’s best to buy a good one instead of ruining ur hair w polyester ah and also make sure to b......   reply

Big difference. Im AA and have naturally coily hair. Silk is the better choice. Prevents breakage, less frizz, when moisturize my hair it actually keeps it hydrated throughout the night, and it doesnt make my head sweat. I used to use polyester but it kept messing up my hair. It's more about protecting your hair and the ends, no matter your hair type, you can always end up getting split ends. I recommend just investing in a silk bonnet.   reply
