For those who wear it while sleeping does it actually make any difference if it's 100% silk or polyester? I have really long hair so I always sleep with a sock on it or braid it and but I figured I could try a bonnet too. Ik silk is generally better but it's so expensive
It's more about protecting your hair and the ends, no matter your hair type, you can always end up getting split ends. I recommend just investing in a silk bonnet. reply
