Last year i was depressed so i joined a dating app and met a guy who could carry a conversation. He’s like 6 years older than me. I’m 21. After i gave him my personal contact, I ghosted and decided to respond on new year #newyearnewme.
Anyways, We’ve known each other for 4 days and he calls me “lover”, talk about his fantasies, how he loves my body, he told me to quit my job so he’ll take care of me…I don’t know if it’s normal. I feel scared and overwhelmed. We’ve never even met. He asked me to go to his house…Idk what to do. I’m not particularly interested in him but people are worried that im cursed since i’ve never dated…so i think i have to…at this age.
Im scared he’ll find me ugly irl or that i’d be too awkward and stiff. What if he wants to kiss? I’d definitely not want to. i don’t even know how to…
I’ve never felt attraction towards anyone…since my only crush in high school 6 years ago…I just want to be alone…but that’s not normal..
GIRL WHAT. i'm sorry but you're completely normal. not having dated at 21 is fine, you don't wanna date and prefer your own company/ platonic relationships? ALSO ALLOWED. you are yourself, you can choose to live life at your own pace and you're not obligated to follow societal standards, don't let anyone pressurize you into thinking otherwise.
