I don't know if organs js the right word to use but anw it's inside me. Sometimes it's really loud like I can hear even the water going wherever and sometimes my organ farts a bit loud. it also rumbles a lot even when I'm not hungry and it makes sounds when I'm breathing. does this happen to y'all too?
Samee it happens with me too and i hate it specially when I'm in public places
