Bugs crawling inside me. Specifically a bug crawling into my ear, neither regions, or open wound. I know that the other two are usually due to not having proper hygiene but it could happen to any one who has a crevice and the ear is so common, you just have to be resting in the wrong place at the wrong time. Then you got to the hospital with a dead......
