Hey so... I'm back!! So the way we translated was a mixture of scanlating AND rephrasing according to context. Additionally, SOME were confirmed by a friend who knows korean, but it's been stated that machine translations aren't allowed, and I also still don't know how to tag it as unofficial other than just putting it in the chapter title, which I'm assuming is what I'm supposed to do... hehe I'm kinda cooked y'all.. really wanted to share a chapter from S:ynchro (Sketch) !
That used to be the case. But now so many fan tls have quit projects, as long as it's good translation it doesn't matter. The sentences should make sense and ofcourse coherent. Too many mtl tls on here nowadays. It also matters that your English language knowledge ain't that bad so you can proofread it. 1 reply
I remember reading a fan translator once mention that they usually space 24 hours after finishing translating to proofread the chapter before uploading because they can clearly check if it sounds coherent and are able to make corrections / adjustments in time so it doesn’t sound too rigid or stiff. reply
