Yes, it's definitely better :D
However, there are a few things that don't make much sense anatomically and wouldn't take too much effort to fix... wish I could just send a picture because explaining everything with words is such a pain.
One of those things is that your shading for the right boob starts a bit too high. The distance to the collarbones should be roughly the same for both boobs, so the I'd put the shading line between body and her right boob underneath the dress. Talking about that shading line, I'd blend it in a bit because the transition between body and boobs is usually very smooth.
Also, you could solve the problem with the short upper arm by adjusting her left collarbone and angling it higher. I'm too tired to keep explaining. Gng sleep for now. Tell me if you'd be interested to see a pic of what I mean and if you know how I can upload one without opening a whole new thread/question/whatever it's called here.
