It's okay to be confused but you'll figure it out along the way cus ngl at first I wanted to be a teacher but as a year passed I wanted to then pursue psychology because they do tons of research and study complex emotions and disorders. well past my college years and I still dont know. I have friends that are in fields that are completely unrelated to their degrees (and its been rough for them but they're managing) , friends who trudged their way through medical school and are still struggling to find the right fit/department and pay off their loans but do have stable (difficult) ......   reply

Most people don’t actually make or continue a career in the first thing they choose. Society will tell you that you need to make an entire life plan as you become an adult, but in reality, you only need to think about the immediate future. You can opt not to choose just one. You can double major & pursue a minor if you want in college. Also, people change direction all the time. Life is a process of learning & adapting from the beginning to the end.
