where do people post their works

hello guys, i am thinking of writing/drawing a manhwa style work, but is “webtoon” the only site i can publish it? tbh i want to do it for fun so i don’t mind not getting money for it, i just want people to read it i haven’t been on a site like webtoon, tapas, lezhin etc in ages so i’m not sure how it works over there for people who publish their things, any ideas?

Im sure there may be other sites but webtoon is the most accessible as an author from what ive heard I havent been on webtoon or other similar sites in a few years but the the most popular way i remember is bouncing between webtoon and patreon.
