@married ppl, my friends wedding budget is too small I’m worried HELP

Hi, if you are married or engaged and working with a small budget this is a cry for help
My bestie is engaged and getting married IN JUNE and jsut started planning and I’m helping her plan a wedding now I am very worried and there’s some things I’m like not completely happy about but anyways this is a trainwreck and a cry for help

Her budget is 1k usd for everything and her mum wants a big religious ceremony but they’re also paying and they’re kind of cheapskates
Im worried we will not be able to do an entire wedding for 1k I’m hella stressing out rn, I might ask r/weddingsunder10k see what they can do or Jamie wolfer but I haven’t seen her do 1k weddings

They’re Uber religious and her mother is psycho so plan is going to have the ceremony at the church which will be free since they’re members but we need to find a reception venue near by that’s CHEAP OR FREE WE CANT AFFORD SNYTHING ELSE , I said maybe a garden or community centre but we don’t know the weather in June
They want a 200 person wedding…
They have to buy the marriage license and rings still I told her to go for solid gold rings even though she wanted diamond
They have the buy the stefana crowns for the religious ceremony
She might already have a wedding dress, it’s kind of unclear if she’s wearing her mums or her great aunt is making a dress she wasn’t sure if she was alive or not ..? I was like girl I’ll make you a dress atp
Renting a tux in a near by town
No bridesmaids or groomsmen ( I wasn’t allowed to be one apparently because I’m not apart of their religion I’m also not allowed to stand for the ceremony because I’m not apart of their church tf ????)
I made the invitations on canva since her mum tried using ai to make the invitations and they were hella ugly and the ai misspelled everything I re print gotta print and mail them
They didn’t even know what to do about food on 1k total maybe potluck because it’s cheap but they didn’t like that idea back to drawing board
I might have to make a wedding cake her grandma might make it if her mum doesn’t want me to maybe a 3 tier idk I forgot to mention that she hates me
Mum will do photography
Drinks they just want to do water and coke but they are fighting over that
Fake florals, I’m going to micheals and put together a cute boquet for bride

OMFG The couple is also fighting about alcohol not sure if it’s going to be a dry wedding he said he won’t get married if there’s alochal present
but she said if they don’t have a cash bar they need a decent alternatives like mocktails and they won’t budge and he said to go get carnavel games im like what the fuck ? all this on 1K

THEN TODAY She said the budget might also get cut because the roof has to get fixed and I’m like girl at the point plz if you can’t do a courthouse wedding because of your religion or whatever don’t have a wedding rn

I wish I was making ts up but I’m literally not and I don’t know what to do maybe we can make this work if we also diy all the decorations? Like ig no food and free venues and we don’t have a be a wedding dress and fake flowers it will be okay maybe but I don’t know about 200 ppl
