Like, it stops you from trying new things? Not really. It's more that my algorithm refuses to let me out of my bubble to find new, interesting things.
If it's along the lines of 'things were so much easier when I was X'? Yeah. Objectively speaking, the world has gotten worse by every metric except medical advancements, I think.
