How do you replace or redirect the compulsion to cut yourself when it's really bad? I'm really struggling right now and the urge to go back to old habits is really strong /gen
Rather than the skin maybe try your hair or like try destroying something like a notebook or journal? this is what i do so i really don't know if it would work for you, sorry... hope you'll be alright reply
