How do you replace or redirect the compulsion to cut yourself when it's really bad? I'm really struggling right now and the urge to go back to old habits is really strong /gen
Some people already said other shggsstions but what helped me is making paper stars (search on tt for tutorial it's easy) every time I think of it. Makes my hand busy or sometimes I get clay or slime any thing I can stretch to ease my stress. reply
