Try and learn different things, hobbies, skills, topics, and experiences as much as you can. Don't be afraid to look like a fool. I watched a video saying "embarrassment is an unexplored feeling" "everything you've ever wanted is on the other side of fear" and I wish I've heard that back when I was younger.
