the same way watching true crime documentary or podcasts about killing, torture, crime etc does not make you a killer, reading stuff with rape, incest, etc does not make you a degenerate.
i wouldn't disagree that some ppl who consume these contents ARE PEDOS and DEGENEATES but not all are. It is just a way of exposing oneself to the darkest part of the human nature which is entirely normal.
The person who revealed that they read dark stories like bedtime story since they were 10, you ARE NORMAL.
And yk what? most of the ppl who go feral at stories with rape ALSO WATCHED AND ENJOYED those same stories before, but now they have to be performative and be 'Morally correct' hence they hide it well. Period
I feel like equating normal with good and abnormal with bad is wrong overall. You can be a well-adjusted person who has had abnormal experiences in life. It's ok to acknowledge that reading/watching rape, incest, violence, or gore at 10 years old is not normal. It doesn't mean that person is a bad person or will grow up to do bad things.
