Dont worry , usually theyre playing with you , like play fighting but since they dont know to control their strength they accidentally hurt you . Or when they got zoomies/too excited/energetic they didnt realize their bites/kick are too strong . And cats only play with you if they like you /comfortable with you . especially play fighting , usually ...... reply
It's pretty normal when you're playing or even as a sign of affection. My cat often cuddles you, purring like crazy, but then jumpscares you by munching on your arm ALL WHILE PURRING lmao
It also depends on the context though, like they could be manifesting that they don't like you touching them for example while they're sleeping.
