Getting a diagnosis

I want to seek professional help to see whether or not I actually have OCD, but my parents, especially my mom (who is a psychiatrist ironically), won’t hear me out and refuse to let me see a doctor. Does anybody know how I could circumvent my parent’s refusal and get in touch with a doctor?
