You're already starting off in the wrong mindset. Getting stuck on ''loosing'' weight can lead you into an eating disorder. Exercising means you GAIN muscle, happiness, stamina, health, and a routine. Eat anything your heart desires in moderation and you will be good. You don't need to ban anything from your life - and it's not a ''failure'' when......   reply
