I don't know if you know this but we don't lose weight just through exercising. You should be able to eat the things you like through reducing your calorie intake. In fact, you will lose more weight by tracking your calories as opposed to exercising them off. Also! Definitely try to eliminate added sugars from your diet since sugar brings unnecessa......   reply
