Based on experience hottest. Wind helps, but if it isn’t hot, clothes won’t dry as fast as they would on a hot summer day.   reply

i feel like windiest, unless youre laying the clothes on a floor which is really hot, itd probably dry fast because water transfer faster. otherwise, itd probably be the windiest since water is physically leaving the clothes and don't have to wait for it to come to a hot enough temperature for water to evaporate (unless theres also strong winds)   reply

Hottest. As a personwho live in Quezon City, Philippines. Hottest days make wet clothes dried faster. Meanwhile windy day make them dry too but not as fast as when it's hot.   reply
