okay im curious since i stumble upon a feed that ppl reading manga/manhwa base on art style (like if the art style are not into their taste they will not read it even if it's a well written story) are art style really important?

well to me i dont even bother for the art style as long as the story is good maybe bcoz i start watching anime at young age that i saw many art style that today i dont even bother it (+ i appreciate every art of the artist coz drawing is hard i tried but still stuck on stick figures) im a type will not read if the story is bad written even tho the art style is godlike

manhwas/comics/mangas are a visual medium so yeah I do place alot of importance on the art. I wont turn down a good plot for a mid art style but if the art is actually bad then i rather read a novel instead

I honestly will read anything at this point if the story is unique, I do love a beautiful art style but it’s not a top priority. Only exception is if they draw the female lead to have 0 organs and a huge chest or if the male lead makes her look like a child in comparison to the height. this too! body proportion are also important. i also kinda hate when the age and body not aligned (like 999 yrs old but in a child body saying they are immortal whatsoever, i could accept it if it's in adult body (it's like giving them a pass and this is why there's so many pedos))
